Commit to Your Wellness Journey—and Save Every Visit
I designed these cards because I believe wellness shouldn’t be a one-time event—it’s an ongoing practice. When you commit to regular visits, you give your body the opportunity to heal, rebalance, and reset. These packages are my way of making that consistency more affordable and accessible.
People come because they want to feel better, and meaningful progress rarely happens from a single visit. An initial period of consistent care allows us to see how your body responds and evaluate the progress you’re making.
For most conditions, I recommend an initial commitment of one month. Ideally, you’ll come three times per week, although two visits per week is the minimum I recommend. Think of it like physical therapy or strengthening a muscle—healing happens through consistent repetition, not occasional effort. These therapies work best when each session builds upon the progress of the previous one. As your body begins to heal and your symptoms improve, we’ll gradually reduce the frequency of your visits and develop a personalized maintenance plan to help you continue feeling your best.
After nearly 50 years as a Registered Nurse, one of the hardest things I’ve witnessed is people spending months—or even years—searching for answers. They try one treatment, one supplement, one practitioner, or one “miracle cure” after another, often giving each only a brief chance before moving on to the next. It’s completely understandable. When you’re living with pain, fatigue, anxiety, chronic illness, or simply not feeling like yourself, you’re looking for relief wherever you can find it.
Unfortunately, when too many things are tried at once—or when treatments are stopped before the body has had enough time to respond—it becomes nearly impossible to know what is actually helping. Too often, people walk away believing that “nothing works,” when in reality they simply never gave their body enough time or consistency to respond.
Healing is a process, not a single event. Your body needs consistency and repetition to create lasting change.
That’s why I encourage my clients to commit to a plan before deciding which therapy—or combination of therapies—will give them the greatest opportunity to heal. By giving your body the time and consistency it deserves, you’re giving yourself the greatest opportunity to experience meaningful, lasting results.
My goal is never to keep you coming forever. My goal is to help you become healthier, regain your quality of life, and become as independent as possible—not dependent on ongoing treatments. As your health improves, we’ll gradually reduce the frequency of your visits and develop a personalized maintenance plan that fits your needs and supports your long-term wellness.
I don’t measure success by how many times you visit me. I measure success by how much better you’re feeling, how much more fully you’re able to live your life, and how confident you become in taking charge of your own health.
For many people, that journey begins by finding hope again.
If you’ve been living with pain, struggling with chronic symptoms, or feeling discouraged because nothing seems to work, I want you to know there is still reason to be hopeful. I can’t promise that every therapy is the answer for every person, but I can promise that I will listen carefully, work alongside you, and use my nearly 50 years of nursing experience to develop a personalized wellness plan that gives your body its very best opportunity to heal.
Whether your goal is to reduce pain, restore energy, improve sleep, recover from illness, calm your nervous system, support your body’s natural healing processes, or simply feel like yourself again, we’ll work together to determine the combination of therapies that best supports your unique needs and goals.
My mission is to replace frustration with hope, uncertainty with understanding, and endless searching with a personalized plan that empowers your body to do what it was wonderfully designed to do—heal.
