What It Is
Simply Stretch is a 45-minute guided stretching class designed to be accessible for everyone — no prior experience or fitness level required. Held every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 AM, this class creates a calm, encouraging space where participants can slow down, tune in to their bodies, and enjoy the benefits of intentional, gentle movement. Questions and conversation are always welcome after class.
