What It Is
Simply Move is a 45-minute guided movement class focused on helping participants of all backgrounds and fitness levels feel stronger, more balanced, and more energized. Offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 PM, this class provides an encouraging, no-pressure environment where movement feels accessible, enjoyable, and completely doable. Questions and conversation are always welcome after class.
How It Works
Each session walks you through a series of gentle, purposeful exercises designed to work with your body’s natural movement patterns. Movements are easy to follow, low-impact, and adaptable to any ability level – so you are able to participate fully and comfortably from day one.
